  • Our septic backed up late Sunday night. I called Atomic first thing Monday morning expecting to not get an appointment for a couple days coming off the weekend. They told me no problem & someone would be there before lunch. Not even an hour later they arrived and took care of our problem as we had a blockage. I was very impressed with Alec and his professionalism and prompt service. I hope to not ever need them again but will only use Atomic in the future and 100% recommend them to anyone.

  • I have had the worst experience with this company and would not recommend them. I have tried to get them to come back out and fix my pump they installed. The pump went out a few weeks after installing to warranty the work and they would not even come check it. The guy blames me for it without even looking at it. Have several text messages from him stating he is not coming to fix it or warranty the work like he said he would. Wish someone would contact me on this matter feel like I have no choice but to turn them in to the better business bureau. Tried to support local business and family owned and now I’m out $900 dollars and have to pay someone else to fix it.
